Udhiya or Qurbani is a prophetic legacy maintained by the Islamic prophet with those who adhere to the faith of Islam. It is a tradition according to Islamic history that precedes Islam and was practiced by all prophets and communities lead by Abraham. Reminding us that we are all part of a global family.
Together, we’re saving lives. Together, we’re one family.
Muslims all around the world celebrate this tradition and ritual of the prophets to celebrate sacrifice and giving for the sake of their faith.
Along with that the starving and needy all around the world also look forward to this day, as it becomes another season outside of Ramadan for people to give charity to those less fortunate.
